  • Publication number: 20240213844
Abstract: An electrical motor stator and a compressor includes a stator assembly and contact plate. The stator assembly includes an iron core; a winding having wires; a first insulating seat; and a plurality of first electrical contacts fixed to the first insulating seat. The contact plate includes a body; a plurality of sleeve seats having a first opening, a second opening, and a cavity extending between the first opening and the second opening. The sleeve seats are positioned to correspond to the first electrical contacts and, through the first opening, at least partially accommodating the first electrical contacts within the cavity. A plurality of second electrical contacts includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, with the first connecting portion disposed within the cavity and in contact with the first electrical contacts, establishing an electrical connection. The second connecting portion is exposed on a side of the body.

  • Patent number: 10174821
Abstract: The invention relates to an electrohydraulic actuator comprising a hydraulic piston, a spindle drive for moving the piston along an axis of rotation, wherein the spindle drive comprises a spindle and a nut, and a worm wheel, which is coaxially attached to the nut. Furthermore, an electric motor having a worm, which meshes with the worm wheel, is provided. The nut is radially and axially supported by means of a bearing. In addition, there is a single-armed rotation-prevention mechanism in order to prevent the spindle from rotating. An angle with respect to the axis of rotation is included between a point of action of the worm on the worm wheel and the effective direction of the rotation-prevention mechanism, wherein the angle is selected in such a way that, for a predetermined torque acting on the nut, a radial force acting on the piston is minimized.

  • Publication number: 20160160996
Abstract: The invention relates to a spindle drive for converting between a rotational motion and a translational motion comprising a spindle for translational motion and a spindle nut for rotational motion, wherein the spindle and the spindle nut are coupled to each other by means of threads. The spindle nut comprises a reservoir in axial extension of the thread of the spindle nut, in which reservoir a segment of the spindle extends. A lubricant is accommodated in the reservoir, and a displacement element is attached to the spindle in the region of the reservoir, which displacement element extends further outward radially than the thread of the spindle.
