The lower base is coupled to the middle sample stage by multiple support pillars. The inverse microscope further includes the magnifying loop as the objective, disposed proximal to the middle portion. And a light source disposed proximal to middle portion. The magnifying loop arm may be removed and replaced with a magnifying loop arm to achieve varied loop magnification power.
