Abstract: A system and method to perform post pass optimizations in a dynamic compiling environment. A dynamic compiler emits machine code. Responsive to the emission of the machine code a post pass processor creates an abstract representation of the code from the dynamic compiler. Data flow analysis is then conducted on the abstract representation. Redundant instructions in the machine code are identified and eliminated as a result of the data flow analysis.

Abstract: A dispute management system and method for managing the process of resolving disputes relating to billing for goods or services. The dispute management system may comprise a dispute case creator for creating a dispute case that organizes information relating to a dispute, an inbox making the dispute case available to a customer care employee and a dispute case object. The dispute management system may be connected to accounting systems through a financial interaction center so it may retrieve information relating to a dispute and make changes needed in the accounting systems when the dispute is resolved.

Abstract: The present invention provides methods and systems for resolving disputes that arise when a party to a transaction does not fulfill one or more obligations related to the transaction according to the terms of a related agreement or contract. Business transactions may be stored electronically and the failure of any party to fulfill obligations related to the business transaction may be electronically identified or information relating to a dispute may be manually entered. A data object comprising information relating to the business transaction and the dispute is generated and transmitted to a dispute resolution entity. Data needed for resolving the dispute may be automatically collected and dispute resolution actions may be automatically determined and initiated.
