  • Patent number: 11688575
Abstract: An electrical device includes a fixed support with supply lines and a distribution circuit to supply power to a contactor block. Each contactor block includes secondary lines, each connected to a supply line, and is movable between joined and disjoined positions. Each contactor block includes a switching device for switching all secondary lines of the contactor block between open and closed. The electrical device also includes a control block, movable between joined and disjoined positions. When in the joined position, each contactor block also is held in the joined position, an electronic monitoring device of the control block also being connected to the switching device of each contactor block to control switching of each switching device independently. When the control block is in the disjoined position, the switching device of each contactor block opens the secondary lines, while each contactor block is movable between its joined and disjoined positions.

  • Publication number: 20210305727
Abstract: An electrical device for supplying power to a plurality of power units comprises a fixed support and a plurality of contactor blocks. The fixed support comprises input terminals, for receiving a polyphase power current, and a distribution circuit that is configured to distribute the power current to power lines that each comprise a plurality of single-phase supply lines, the fixed support comprising a number of power lines that is the same as the number of contactor blocks of the electrical device, and each power line comprising a number of supply lines that is the same as the number of phases of the power current, each of the supply lines of a contactor block being connected to a respective phase of the power current, the supply lines being accessible on the outside of the fixed support via intermediate terminals.

  • Patent number: 10840046
Abstract: An electrical device for supplying electrical power to multiple power units includes a first module, including an electrical circuit breaker; a second, removable module, including a control circuit, programmed to trip the circuit breaker depending on values of the electric current that is flowing through power lines; a connection interface provided with output connectors that are connected to the power lines; removable elements, each containing an item of electrical equipment that is intended to be connected to an electrical power unit and to one of the power lines by the output connectors, the control circuit being connected to an interface for controlling each removable element via a data link by virtue of the connection interface.

  • Patent number: 7109720
Abstract: In a switching device, a method and device for determining the wear of the pole contacts (C1, C2, C3) actuated by an electromagnet (20) whose movement is controlled by an excitation coil (21) by the variation of a contact wear distance travel time (Tu) generated during an electromagnet closing movement, by measuring at least one electrical signal (Ip) representing the conducting state of at least one power pole, by measuring an excitation current (Is) passing through the coil (21) of the electromagnet and by comparing the electrical signal (Ip) and the excitation current (Is) as a function of time. The measured wear distance travel time (Tu) can then be compared with an initial travel time (Ti) stored in the switching device.

  • Publication number: 20050122117
Abstract: In a switching device, the invention relates to a method for determining the wear of the pole contacts (C1, C2, C3) actuated by an electromagnet (20) whose movement is controlled by an excitation ceil (21). Wear is determined with the variation of a contact wear distance travel time (Tu) generated during an electromagnet closing movement, by measuring at least one electrical signal (Ip) representing the conducting state of at least one power pole, by measuring an excitation current (Is) passing through the coil (21) of the electromagnet and by comparing the electrical signal (Ip) and the excitation current (Is) as a function of time. The measured wear distance travel time (Tu) can then be compared with an initial travel time (Ti) stored in the switching device. The invention also relates to a switching device capable of using such a method.
