The apparatus comprises a first motorized drive that transmits a drive from a motorized unit to a first rotating axle mounted on the apparatus. A second motorized drive transmits the drive from the first rotating axle to the dolly, thereby moving the dolly longitudinally along the base. The apparatus is environmentally friendly and may be operated in a wide range of temperatures, including in sub-freezing climates.
