Abstract: A desiccant container is disclosed. The container preferably has a sealing means that provides at least four successive surface to surface type tightness peripheral zones forming four successive tightness barriers between a casing that houses a product and the lid for the casing. Also disclosed are methods of making the container as well as the uses thereof.
