  • Publication number: 20240091262
Abstract: Described herein are antigen binding proteins with specificity to Melanoma-Associated Antigen A4 (MAGE-A4) peptide-MHC (pMHC). Also described are multispecific antigen binding proteins comprising an antigen binding domain with specificity to CD3, and at least one MAGE-A4 pMHC antigen binding domain. Methods of treating cancer with the same are also described.

  • Publication number: 20240084654
Abstract: An environmental-efficiency fluid is designed by a system and/or method. The fluid can be for use in a down-hole operation in a well. The design produces the environmental-efficiency fluid from a treatment fluid and drill cuttings. For example, the system and method can include creating an analysis of a rheological model generated from a set of wellbore conditions and a set of drill-cutting properties to determine a set of rheological properties for the treatment fluid and a concentration of drill cuttings, which allow for use of the drill cuttings with the treatment fluid; and producing the environmental-efficiency fluid based on the rheological properties and the concentration of drill cuttings.

  • Patent number: 10907168
Abstract: A method of increasing expression of an heterologous protein of interest in a plant or portion of the plant is provided. The method comprises treating the plant or portion of the plant with a jasmonate-pathway activator, and introducing a nucleotide sequence operably linked to a regulatory region derived from a DNA plant virus and encoding the heterologous protein of interest into the plant or portion of the plant. Alternatively, the plant or plant portion may comprise the nucleic acid and encoding the heterologous protein of interest, and the plant or portion of the plant is treated with the jasmonate pathway activator. The treated plant is incubated under conditions to permit expression of the nucleotide sequence encoding the heterologous protein of interest.

  • Patent number: 4607421
Abstract: Required preloading of a valve closing spring (80) in a pressure operated, fluid handling device (10) is determined by mechanically precompressing the spring, applying operating pressure to the device and relieving the bias on the spring until the operating pressure opens the valve, the thickness of a shim (75) for effecting such preloading being equal to the difference between the change in spring length due to the precompression thereof and the change in spring length due to relief of the precompression prior to spring opening.
