Abstract: A portable chair assembly including first and second chairs and a movable support frame, each chair having a seat and a backrest. Each backrest is adapted (i) to be folded by a user onto its respective seat in a collapsed position and (ii) to be moved away from that seat into a deployed position. The support frame has at least two frame segments, each frame segment having an upper frame portion supporting one of the backrests at pivotable connections with the upper backrest portion of that backrest, and each frame segment being joined to the other frame segment by an upper joint member and a lower joint member. At least one angle member is provided per chair, a backrest end portion of each angle member being fixedly or removably secured to one of the first chair backrest and the second chair backrest, and a frame portion of each angle member restricting movement of the support frame away from the seats to establish a maximum deployment angle in the deployed position.

Abstract: An interactive entertainer having a lower tray with a plurality of compressible legs supporting an upper tray. The lower tray is concave to permit rocking of the tray when placed on a flat surface. One or more supports coupled to the lower tray may be repositioned to inhibit rocking of the lower tray. The legs can fold into the lower tray following separation of the upper tray. The lower tray can then nest within the upper tray to provide compact storage. The upper tray can support a seat that is selectively rotatable or stationary based on a position of a seat lock. A plurality of interactive devices may be positioned on the upper tray. One or more sensors may be positioned relative to the seat to detect the orientation of the seat relative to the devices. The devices may be selectively enabled based on the seat orientation.

Abstract: An interactive apparatus including a reflective member is disclosed. The reflective member includes a first image and a second image, wherein the reflective member is at least partially reflective. The apparatus also includes a first element coupled to a first sensor, the first sensor being activated by the first element, and a second element coupled to a second sensor, the second sensor being activated by the second element. Activation of the first sensor causes the first image to appear in the reflective member at a first location and activation of the second sensor causes the second image to appear in the reflective member at a second location.

Abstract: Infants and toddlers are introduced to learning through musical sounds and visual stimulation related to different fields of experience. A learning center table includes a hinged book moveable to display a first or a second page. Turning the page selects between a first and a second mode of operation. In one embodiment, the first page illustrates learning indicia such as letters or numbers, with child/toy interaction giving rise to stimulus related primarily to the concepts to be learned. In a second mode, the second page illustrates musical indicia such as instruments and notes, and child/toy interaction gives rise to stimulus related primarily to musical concepts such as timbre, melody, and rhythm.
