Abstract: Convertible swimwear comprising a top piece and extendable bottom piece. The bottom piece having an intermediate portion with an upper edge that can be positioned adjacent to a lower edge of top piece and held in position by an elastic strap. The upper edge of the intermediate section includes an elastic strap to maintain the upper edge in position to form a one piece bathing suit. The top piece may further include a cover flap to conceal the edge of the intermediate section for a seamless appearance. The upper edge of the intermediate section can be rolled, folded or scrunched toward the bottom piece to effectively convert the one piece style bathing suit to a two piece style bathing suit.
