The method performs these tasks, and the computer readable medium contains similar computer program code.     Abstract: An assessment theory model is contemplated that provides objective and high-quality assessments for assessment objects provided in some environment context. The assessment theory model provides a semantic and logical knowledge framework that may be used to design any assessment model for any kind of assessment object or environment contexts. The assessment theory model may help identify causal relationships between characteristics of the assessment object and the environment context. The assessment theory model guides the creation and definition of more specific models by helping to define the understanding of what should be considered in an assessment and guides the determination of the scope and focus of questions. The assessment theory model may permit or require provision of evidence and/or rationales in support of answers to promote objectivity and reduce bias. Scoring may be conducted in a manner that reduces bias so that more accurate decisions may be made based on scoring.
