  • Patent number: 11919265
Abstract: A method for manufacturing an aluminium mould (1) segment (10) for curing and vulcanizing a tyre comprises: a) fixing at least one thin blade (2) for the formation of the grooves in the tire tread, in a mould form made of friable material, so that an exterior part of the thin blade is embedded in the material of the mould form and so that an interior part projects from this mould form, this thin blade being made from maraging steel and having been obtained by a selective laser melting method, b) closing the mould form and pouring or injecting aluminium into it, coating the interior part of the thin blade, c) breaking away the mould form to obtain the mould segment. The thin blade (2) is subjected to a peening treatment with a material with a Vickers hardness between 340 and 500 HV and with dimensions smaller than 0.3 mm.

  • Patent number: 11499203
Abstract: A method for the heat treatment of a part made of maraging steel, which part is obtained by selective laser melting, it comprises the steps of: heating the said part made of maraging steel from ambient temperature T0 to a maximum temperature Tmax of between 600° C. and 640° C., maintaining the said maximum temperature Tmax for a duration of between 5 hours and 7 hours, and rapidly cooling the said part.

  • Patent number: 10232602
Abstract: Method for fabricating a three-dimensional object by successive consolidation, layer by layer, of selected regions of a layer of powder, consolidated regions corresponding to successive sections of the three-dimensional object, comprising in order: a—deposit layer of powder onto a support; b—fuse the layer of powder by a first laser energy source so as to obtain a fused layer corresponding to the section of the object and exhibiting a first state of its mechanical properties, c—heat at least a part of the fused layer by a second electron beam energy source to a temperature which follows a controlled variation over time so as to modify the first state of the fused layer and to obtain a consolidated layer with improved mechanical properties, d—repeat the preceding steps until several superposed consolidated layers are formed with improved properties forming the object.
