  • Publication number: 20240124035
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes identifying, by an image detection tool, a tank within an image of a railway environment and identifying, by the image detection tool, a railroad track within the image of the railway environment. The method also includes determining, by the image detection tool, a distance between the tank and the railroad track and comparing, by the image detection tool, the distance between the tank and the railroad track to a predetermined threshold distance. The method further includes determining, by the image detection tool, that the tank presents a hazard to the railway environment in response to comparing the distance between the tank and the railroad track to the predetermined threshold distance.

  • Publication number: 20230325580
Abstract: A system for displaying electronic content in one of multiple view modes using a web browser client application. Specifically, the web browser client application may present the electronic content in a first view mode in which the content displayed in a content pane that is configured to provide continuous scrolling of the content, and content tree content is displayed in a content tree pane. In response to a request to display the content of the page in a second view mode, the content is displayed in a full-screen pane that covers a substantial entirety of an available display area. The full-screen pane is configured to provide toggle-based navigation in which a user input automatically advances a display of the content to a respective topic portion identified within the content.

  • Publication number: 20230306187
Abstract: A method includes receiving a document for displaying on a display of the client device. The method includes identifying a first portion and a second portion of the document having a first level of content hierarchy, and determining a first text corresponding to the first portion and a second text corresponding to the second portion of the document. The method includes generating a first outline entry including the first text and a second outline entry including the second text, and displaying a selectable entry point on a graphical user interface. The method includes, in response to a selection of the selectable entry point, displaying an outline window, including the first outline entry and the second outline entry, and navigating to the first portion of the received document or the second portion of the document in response to a selection of the first outline entry or the second outline entry.

  • Patent number: 10719521
Abstract: Systems and methods for model validation includes generating a first and a second time series of segmentation states for a data set representative of a simulated population, e.g., a collection of membership counts corresponding to respective segments of the simulated population. The first and second time series of segmentation states are generated by respectively processing the data set through a first and a second simulation each comprising iterative application of a plurality of event functions. The first and the second simulation differ in at least one capacity, e.g., one including a first event function configured with a first parameter, and the second not. Analysis of differences between the first and second time series may be compared to analysis of one of the time series using a subject model. The comparison is then used to validate the model or demonstrate accuracies, inaccuracies, and/or model bias with respect to a performance metric.
