The sanitizing raised section also includes a flexible sanitizing container disposed therein and that includes a nozzle projecting outwardly from the aperture of the sanitizing raised section. The flexible sanitizing container is operably configured to be accessible through the access aperture and flexed to cause emission of a sanitizing liquid from a nozzle thereon.
