Abstract: Container having a container body comprising a bottom, a rim and a lid securing portion located adjacent the rim. A lid includes a lid base sized and configured to secure the lid to the lid securing portion of the container body and a lid door assembly movably mounted to the lid base. The lid door assembly includes a main door that can assume at least a closed position with respect to the lid base and an open position with respect to the lid base, a first side door that can assume at least a closed position with respect to the main door and an open position with respect to the main door, and a second side door that can assume at least a closed position with respect to the main door and an open position with respect to the main door.

Abstract: A closure for a microwavable container has a top wall and a skirt with at least one tab formed of a pair of straps and a thumb grip. The tab has an internal bead extending about its inner periphery which provides a shoulder which abuts a shoulder on the bead of the container to retain the closure on the container. The tab can be gripped by the user's thumb to apply force outwardly and upwardly to disengage the internal bead.

Abstract: A dispenser for dispensing a viscous material in a selected one of a multiplicity of configurations comprises a container for a volume of a viscous material and having a squeezable body and a neck with a discharge opening at its upper end. Engaged on the container is a closure body of generally circular cross section having a top wall and a skirt, and the top wall has a discharge passage therethrough aligned with the discharge opening of the neck. The body top wall has a generally circular recess therein extending from the periphery thereof and beyond the discharge passage of the closure. Disposed in the circular recess is a generally circular rotating disc which has a multiplicity of discharge openings spaced about the disc in a circular array, and the discharge openings have a multiplicity of configurations.

Abstract: The base part and lid part of a container closure joined by a living hinge have positioning members which engage to maintain the lid in a full open position or a partially open position short of the full open position. The positioning members flex to allow the lid part to be initially closed from an as-molded position beyond the full open position. A latch guide cams a latch into engagement to assure closure of the lid part.

Abstract: Several embodiments of overcaps for containers are shown for protecting lid portions of container during shipment, storage, and heating. The overcaps are readily releasable from the containers without undue stress.

Abstract: A disposable and recyclable juice concentrate package for a postmix juice dispenser includes a package housing connected to an integral mixing nozzle. The package housing includes a concentrate container housing sealed to a pump housing. A progressive cavity pump is located in the pump housing for feeding a continuous stream of concentrate to the nozzle for intimately and violently agitating and mixing the water and concentrate and dispensing the beverage. The package also includes a low level indicator and a product identification label.
