Abstract: Disclosed are methods of providing an unplanned birth insurance policy. In some cases, the method includes providing an insurance application to a contraceptive procedure patient who has undergone or who plans to undergo a contraceptive procedure. In some cases, the method further includes collecting an insurance premium from the contraceptive procedure patient. Furthermore, in some instances the method includes making an insurance payout to the contraceptive procedure patient in the event that the contraceptive procedure fails, thereby leading to a birth of a child of the contraceptive procedure patient. Other implementations are described.

Further, a pair of weight containers may be connected to a crossbar to define an exercise apparatus. The weight container may further be adapted to engage a base to define a drinking apparatus.

Abstract: A readily portable dumbell or barbell for exercising and weight training is provided in which weight units on an elongated handle comprise front and rear end plates interconnected by a collapsible/expandible fluid receptacle in the form of a resilient bellows. The weight unit is lengthened and expanded when fluid is added and is shortened and decreased in volume when fluid is removed. Calibration means are provided for visually indicating the weight of the unit corresponding to the longitudinal spacing between the front and end plates of the unit. In a preferred embodiment, a visually readable measurement of weight is provided by means for a graduated bar insert which extends slidably within the hollow handle of the dumbell or barbell and moves therealong with expansion or contraction of the water-filled bellows.
