Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a centralised facility management systems and methods to monitor and manage a plurality of buildings. A centralised facility management system is capable of monitoring and managing any building anywhere in the world. The system receives real-time audio/visual feed from a number of imaging devices, such as cameras, strategically located in and around a facility. The system is configured to provide immediate feedback, appropriate response and recording of any incident. The system may assist with monitoring people, deliveries, short stay rental guests, move in/outs, mail rooms, lockers, trade personnel, public areas, car parking, and so forth. The system may also include a touch enabled device or a kiosk to provide direct visual access to the system.
