Patent number: 11936796Abstract: Described implementations obtain credential information including an encrypted digital identity (ID). The encrypted digital ID may include a public component of a credential and identity data. Furthermore, the credential information may include cryptographically obfuscated data based on the identity data and a private component of the credential. A proof is obtained that includes proof data. The proof data may confirm that the credential information was correctly generated. Verification of the proof data, and confirmation that the cryptographically obfuscated data is not associated in a collection of cryptographically obfuscated data, cause a computer-implemented service to issue a pseudonym. The pseudonym is usable to generate a relationship associated with a computer-implemented service.Type: GrantFiled: December 13, 2019Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignee: Amazon Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Nicholas Alexander Allen, Matthew Stephen Bullock, Daniel Ron Simon

Patent number: 10808210Abstract: The disclosure provides a water-soluble film, including polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) and (PVOH) and an acrylate resin (e.g., methyl acrylate), wherein the water-soluble film remains intact for at least 3 minutes when submerged in water heated to a temperature of about 40° C., as determined by Bleach Compatibility Method A (described herein). The disclosure further provides a packet or pouch comprising water-soluble film of the disclosure. The packet or pouch can optionally include two or more compartments. The disclosure further provides a pouch including a first sealed compartment containing a first composition, the first sealed compartment comprising the water-soluble film according to the disclosure. Optionally, the first composition can include a bleach composition.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2014Date of Patent: October 20, 2020Assignee: MONOSOL, LLCInventors: David M. Lee, Nicholas Zeese, Jennifer L. Childers, Stephen Bullock

Patent number: 9670440Abstract: Disclosed herein are capsules for delayed release of an active ingredient contained therein, in particular water-soluble capsules for delayed release of water-sensitive, gas-generating compositions into an aqueous liquid medium. The delayed release capsules incorporate one or more gas-relief pinholes for gas-generating water-sensitive compositions contained in the capsules, such as inorganic bleach or other alkaline compositions intended for delayed release into a wash medium during a laundry cycle. The pinholes permit gas generated within the capsule due to exposure to environmental water vapor to escape from the capsule interior, preventing pressure build-up and capsule deformation during storage. The pinholes are sized to prevent or otherwise substantially limit the passage of liquids when submerged in a liquid medium (e.g., liquid water in an aqueous liquid medium). Related articles and methods for delivering the capsules in combination with a detergent or other laundry composition are also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: October 3, 2014Date of Patent: June 6, 2017Assignee: MONOSOL, LLCInventors: Stephen Bullock, Percy Bromby, II, Jennifer L. Childers, Jonathon Knight, David M. Lee, Sumeet Kumar, Nicholas Zeese

Publication number: 20160038829Abstract: A method and system for providing a puzzle game containing an answer category clue, a letter grid containing multiple letters, numbers or characters, an image, and an answer grid which contains blanks for each letter that will be used to fill-in the correct answer. The game allows a letters from the letter grid to be selected and automatically placed onto the answer grid. Points are awarded if the letter selected is the next available blank in the answer grid. As the player selects a letter from the letter grid, that letter disappears and a portion of an image appears. As additional letters are removed from the letter grid, additional portions of the image are displayed, which provides another clue for the solution to the puzzle.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 14, 2015Publication date: February 11, 2016Inventors: David L. Hoyt, Stephen Bullock, James Keifer, Kathleen Keifer

Patent number: 9150782Abstract: Disclosed herein are fluorescent tracer compositions and water-soluble polymer compositions containing fluorescent compounds for tracing one or more components in the polymer compositions. More particularly, the disclosure relates to fluorescent tracer compositions including a fluorophore and a bitterant aversive component to be incorporated into a water-soluble polymer composition such as a water-soluble film. An aversive compound such as a bitterant is desirably incorporated into the polymer composition as a deterrent to ingestion of the polymer composition (or an article made therefrom). Qualitative or quantitative detection of the fluorophore in the polymer composition can be correlated to a qualitative or quantitative detection of a corresponding traced material in the polymer composition, for example the bitterant aversive component. Related articles and methods for making and using the polymer compositions are also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: December 5, 2014Date of Patent: October 6, 2015Assignee: MONOSOL, LLCInventors: David M.
