    Abstract: An adjusting device for installing a manhole ring onto a manhole is provided. The manhole has an annular inner shoulder. The adjusting device comprises a center plate and at least one supporting arm. Each supporting arm has a first end and a second end with the first end of the supporting arm being securable to the center plate. A securement assembly associated with the center plate releasably holds the manhole ring.
