  • Publication number: 20220391910
Abstract: Actions between a customer and a merchant are guided by decision engine scores using a shared history from multiple merchants. In an example, an action request is received at a service provider. A prime merchant identifier is applied to a merchant database to obtain a policy stack. A customer identifier is applied to a transactions database to obtain a transaction history for the customer and different merchants. Rules of the policy stack are applied in sequence to action parameters and values of the customer transaction history at a decision engine of the service provider, the decision engine generating a first action score. A customer score from the prime merchant is applied to generate a final action score and the prime merchant is notified to conditionally execute the requested action based on the final action score.

  • Publication number: 20160034888
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems for facilitating payment from a branded stored-value account. In the disclosed systems and methods, a communications interface of a service provider system receives a confirmation that a stored-value account, branded for a first merchant, contains a value. The communications interface also receives a request to enable a payment using the value from the first-merchant-branded stored-value account at a second merchant. Then the communications interface transmits a request to the first-merchant-branded stored-value account for an amount from the first-merchant-branded stored-value account and receives the requested amount from the first-merchant-branded stored-value account. The communications interface and a processor of the service provider system then place the amount in a virtual account, and the communications interface initiates a display showing the amount in the virtual account as a branded stored-value account for the second merchant.

  • Publication number: 20150324771
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods to facilitate fast and safe cash payments including systems and methods for generating an optimized payment location for a customer by: storing geolocation information for a plurality of points-of-service; receiving customer information including geolocation information for the customer of the bill provider from the bill provider; determining an optimized payment location for the customer by comparing the stored point-of-service geolocation information to the customer geolocation information; generating a token that is a reference to the customer information; and transmitting with the service provider system the optimized payment location and the token to the bill provider.

  • Publication number: 20140278609
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods to facilitate bill payments with a service provider system by: generating a unique token; providing the unique token to a user; receiving an indication from a retail location that the unique token was used on a first user device in conjunction with a payment associated with the unique token at a point-of-sale; marking the first user device as associated with the first unique token; providing active payment information to the first user device; receiving a request for payment information from a second user device; and providing inactive payment information to the second user device.

  • Publication number: 20060123563
Abstract: An economically viable process and system for centrally processing multiple loads of laundry with minimum environmental impact. A system and method of laundering whereby successive loads of laundry may be washed while continuously providing effective soil removal comprising at least partially recycled wash water from at least one previous wash cycle. The system and the method of using the same comprises filtering wash water with at least one filter to form wash retentate and wash permeate. The use of wash permeate in successive washes provides for reuse of chemicals and water recovery. A similar arrangement may be used with regard to the rinse water. Advantageously, one embodiment of the invention provides for the use of rinse retentate as make up water in the wash loop which increases water recovery and chemical recovery. Ultimately, the invention can reduce the production of gray water and recover chemicals used in the laundering process.

  • Publication number: 20050210412
Abstract: A user interface for navigating among screens on a personal computer. The screens, which include layers of a shell user interface and various locations within applications, are presented as pages. In addition, commands and help information of an application are presented as a web of command pages. To this end, a unit of measure, called a “place” is defined. In general, an application is a place, and separate documents within an application may also define a place. Separate command windows and dialog boxes within an application or a document typically do not define a place. Backwards navigation takes the user to the previous place, and forward navigation (if possible) takes the user to the next place. Because the underlying data for a page may change between an initial visit to a page and navigation back to the page, data objects and page code are maintained separately, and are combined only when a request for a page is made.
