  • Patent number: 10004307
Abstract: In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, systems and methods for providing foldable duffle bags are presented. Such exemplary collapsible duffles can have two states: (i) a fully extended state in which said luggage is used by a user to hold, for example, clothing and objects, and its wheels fully extended and usable, and (ii) a compressed or folded state in which the luggage has a minimum volume and can be easily and conveniently stored and carried, especially where space is a premium, where the wheels are invisible and out of the way. Various novel technologies are used to obtain maximal compression in the compressed state, and to allow for convenient transformation between the two states. Exemplary duffles of rather significant fully expanded size can be rolled or folded onto themselves, the wheels can be turned inside out, and the article compressed into a small hand held carrying case.

  • Publication number: 20150353255
Abstract: A food packaging solution features a food-containing tray to be frictionally retained within an outer sleeve. External flanges of the tray are each resiliently flexible from a normal default condition into a down-turned condition bent more downwardly away from the open top end of the tray than in the normal default condition, and the sleeve is shaped and dimensioned to accommodate the tray between the opposing side walls of the sleeve only when the flanges of the tray are in the down-turned condition. When received inside the sleeve, the resilient flanges of the tray bias themselves upwardly in a spring-like manner forcing their distal outer ends into tighter frictional engagement with the sleeve walls.

  • Patent number: 8456226
Abstract: Certain aspects of a method and system for a process sensor to compensate SoC parameters in the presence of IC process manufacturing variations are disclosed. Aspects of one method may include determining an amount of process variation associated with at least one transistor within a single integrated circuit. The determined amount of process variation may be compensated by utilizing a process dependent current, a bandgap current, and a current associated with a present temperature of the transistor. The process dependent current, the bandgap current and the current associated with the present temperature of the transistor may be combined to generate an output current. A voltage generated across a variable resistor may be determined based on the generated output current.

  • Publication number: 20130075214
Abstract: Collapsible luggage uses self-locking hinges to allow horizontal support structures to collapse by folding said supporting panels onto, or nearly onto, each other. The hinges can include a first arm provided with a cylinder containing a spring and a ball, and a second arm, each arm rotatably connected to an axis; and a curved flange, coaxial with the axis and fixed with respect to the second arm, having notches at selected positions along its arcuate surface corresponding to preset stops. The flange can be placed so as to abut the ball at the end of the cylinder. Double versions of such self-locking hinges can be provided, which can be used in various collapsible surfaces in luggage and various other containers and bags.

  • Patent number: 8093952
Abstract: Aspects of a method and system for precise current matching in deep sub-micron technology may include adjusting a current mirror to compensate for MOSFET gate leakage currents by using feedback circuits. The feedback circuits may be implemented from active components to create active feedback circuits. If the reference current to be mirrored is noisy, a smoothing effect may be achieved by introducing a low-pass filter coupled to the current mirror design. The active feedback may comprise amplifiers, which may comprise one or more amplifier stages. The amplifier may amplify either a bias voltage error or a bias current error. Furthermore, a transimpedance amplifier may be utilized in the feedback loop. The output bias current of the current mirror may be stabilized dynamically during adjusting. Multiple current sources may be utilized in the current mirrors.

  • Patent number: 6061406
Abstract: A multichannel time shared demodulator (10) is implemented in an efficient ASIC architecture that provides routing-of user voice channels and access channels to a collection of time-shared processors for rapid signal detection, tracking and demodulation. The channels are routed in a random order and then processed by a time-shared symbol synchronization processor (18) for voice channels and a time-shared detection processor for access channels. The signals are over-sampled via a time-shared interpolation filter. The interpolation process yields a ten to one over sampling ration of all signals. A synchronized clock is used to choose the phases of the interpolation filter outputs.

  • Patent number: 5728051
Abstract: A massager with rotary and resilient action includes a base, a movable cover, drive motor means, two worm gears and a massaging means. The worm gears and the massaging means consisting of multiple rows of massaging units are disposed intermediate the base and the movable cover. By means of the drive motor means which drive a belt pulley to rotate the worm gears, multiple screw pinions at the lower portion of the massaging units are driven. The screw pinions are insertably connected to multiple connecting heads so that the connecting heads may be rotated therewith. Each screw pinion has an upper side provided with four insert slots for receiving a plurality of pins on the lower side of each connecting head so that the position of a massaging head fitted on the connecting head may be adjusted to achieve inwardly and outwardly massaging actions.
