    Abstract: A High Bandwidth Individual Channel Control via Optical Reference Interferometry (HICCORI) system actively controls the phase and/or polarization of the optical emission of each element in a tiled optical array. It can also actively align any high-frequency broadening waveform applied to the array beams for spectral broadening or data transmission. By maintaining consistent polarization and manipulating the phase relationships of the beams emitted by the array elements, the HICCORI system can manipulate the spatial pattern of constructive and destructive interference formed as the individual emissions coherently combine. Active feedback control allows the desired phase, polarization, and/or spectral broadening alignment to be maintained in the presence of external disturbances.

    Abstract: A headset includes an ear level module including a speaker and a receiver which drives the speaker. A cord configured to carry control signals and audio signals for the receiver is connected to the headset. An illumination source is disposed along a segment of the cord spanning a range selected to be visible to the wearer and persons near the wearer. The cord includes a plurality of wires configured to carry audio signals and control signals, and one or more wires connected to the illumination source configured to carry light control signals from a controller. The controller includes circuitry responsive to control signals transmitted on the cord to provide light control signals to cause the illumination source to produce status semaphores indicating status of use of the headset.

The pull-on garment comprises an absorbent main body and a ring-like elastic belt. The absorbent main body comprises a liquid pervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed therebetween. The absorbent main body has left and right longitudinally extending side edges, front and back transversely extending end edges, longitudinally opposing front and back waist panels, and a crotch panel between the waist panels. The ring-like elastic belt comprises a front belt portion and a back belt portion. Each of the ring-like belt comprises a belt layer and a belt elastic material joined to the belt layer.
