Abstract: An improved wind turbine comprises: (i) a turbine rotor with a support platform; (ii) a rotatable vertical shaft extending from or through that platform; (iii) at least one bearing for the shaft; (iv) a plurality of horizontally disposed, box-shaped wind catchment vanes connected about the shaft; and (v) a plurality of angled braces affixed to the platform for reducing wind force leverage effects and bearing wear.

Abstract: A kit for a doll house which enables a ready and facile assembly requiring no sanding, gluing, nailing, screwing, painting or other handicraft skills. The kit includes a floor foundation board, configured sidewalls, front walls and interior walls, including windows and doors, as appropriate, which is finished including trim and paint. The sidewalls, front walls and interior walls are readily assembleable in grooves in the floor foundation and secured upright by means of a stabilizer bar. The walls include integral grooves for intermediate floors, which are also finished to emulate floor coverings normally found in a house. The roof is also similarly assembleable and includes a pivoted rear section to enable the roof to be folded back to enable access to the interior of the doll house.

Abstract: A combination including a container having a back plate and a transparent receptacle secured to the back plate, and one or more liquid dissolvable capsules containing compressed, resiliently expandable toy figurines confined in a chamber between the receptacle and the back plate is disclosed. One or more openings are formed in the back plate which communicate with the chamber between the receptacle and back plate so that warm water can flow into the chamber to dissolve the capsules to release the toy figurines upon immersion of the container in a warm liquid such as a child's bath water, the container thus preventing young children from handling the capsules directly.

Abstract: A message device including a planar panel, a waterproof cup defining an enclosure having an outwardly extending flange and an open end where the flange is adapted to be attached to the panel with the open end adjacent the panel and the enclosure extending through an opening where the cup is adapted to receive a water soluble capsule containing a expanable material cut in the shape of a message so that the capsule melts when it is exposed to water and allows the message piece to expand.
