The engagement member (20) can move a bulk material across a substantially planar surface. The plurality of cylindrical support members (30, 40) is fixedly attached to the engagement member (20). The cylindrical handle member (60) is fixedly attached to the plurality of support members (30, 40). The handle member (60) transfers a force through the support members (30, 40) to the engagement member (20).
