    Abstract: A battery charger for a charging marine batteries in a boat with an automobile while the boat is being towed behind the automobile. The battery charger connects the automobile's charging system to the boat's batteries. The charger causes the boat's batteries to be cyclically charged and monitored to prevent the automobile electrical system from overcharging the boat's batteries.
