Abstract: An air-actuated stapling gun that can be conveniently advanced over a stapling surface for automatic-stapling purposes, and this without the necessity of lifting the gun from such stapling surface preparatory to a subsequent staple set. The subject stapling gun retains the double-safety trigger feature common to present-day stapling guns, but includes a wheel mechanism, preferably spring-biased, whereby, once both triggers are and continue to remain manually depressed, the wheel employed, when rolled over a work-piece, will automatically cooperate to fire intermittently the gun. Provision is made for varying interstaple spacing and also for returning the wheel to a "start" position.
