  • Publication number: 20240003586
Abstract: An energy recovery system used with HVAC and Air-Conditioning units that is incorporated into a roof-curb, final filter curb assembly or base support structure (roof-curb air plenum) commonly used with mass produced standard or semi-custom manufactured air conditioning systems. The arrangement includes core or wheel type energy recovery media arranged and affixed within the curb or support base in an orientation and method to maximize the amount of energy recovery surface area installed in a minimum area while still allowing good airflow practices. Other items included may be filter racks preceding where air enters the energy recovery cores, a singular or multiple fan(s) to move the air, a condensate drain pan, and a preheat coil or bypass dampers which operate to prevent frosting of the energy recovery surface areas in cold conditions. A direct digital controller may also be included to maximize efficiency and control.

  • Publication number: 20220274462
Abstract: The invention is applicable to the technical field of Air-Conditioning systems for automobiles and all vehicles. Current heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems in automobiles attempt to blow air directedly at occupants and do not circulate and return air effectively before recirculating within the cabin. Further, existing systems create undesirable air stratification and redistribute air borane contaminants causing occupant fatigue and discomfort. This invention solves all these issues by using a new air diffuser design, strategic airflow patterns, and a ducted return air system. This invention provides a thermal envelope of comfort and allows airflow rates that capture more contaminants. The system additionally allows control of cabin pressurization so hot or cold outside air does not leak into the cabin unnecessarily. Additionally, the invention provides for devices to be incorporated that remove, reduce or eliminate the spread of virus and bacteria.

  • Publication number: 20220043483
Abstract: A multimedia entertainment and communication system providing the full features of a state of the art mobile device that is made and optimized to be used in a home, business or other stationary, fixed or permanent application. The system has two parts, one is the outer shell or housing and the second is an assembly to which all main supporting electrical devices are installed which also serves as a physical support for the main multimedia device. The outer shell is designed of a size, and with openings such that the internal assembly is inserted into the first housing to make a complete system.
