The apparatus is operable to permit quick consistent cleaning of toilet seats and other surfaces and is easily attached to a wide variety of existing toilets.

The body has openings admitting corresponding appendages, each opening having a fastening means corresponding to a complementary fastening means on an associated appendage. Each appendage comprises said complementary fastening means and a strap extending from it which is stuffed into the body during setup and extends from the body during dismantlement. The appendages are inserted and fastened, after which they can be repeatedly removed and re-attached without damaging the toy.

The elements are aligned and attached and then pulled outward via said gripping means until they are fully detached, a process that is satisfying and effortful. The elements are then easily re-attached.
