Abstract: A device is provided for neatly organizing and storing containers and lids by combining a unique attachment mechanism and hanging system. The attachment mechanism and containers and lids are uniquely designed to provide stationary and compact storage. The attachment mechanism may include a lip to ensure the containers and lids remain in their desired location. The containers and lids are centered on the device and snap together for added security. The device can be attached to counter tops, drawers, and closet doors for easy access.

Abstract: Silicone-free, carbon-based replacements for volatile silicones, such as cyclomethicones, are disclosed. The compositions can be used as is or in dermatological products.

Abstract: A composition comprising a pigment dispersed in a liquid ester blend vehicle is disclosed, wherein the amount of pigment dispersed in the vehicle is substantially greater than previous pigment dispersions and the dispersion has improved flow properties to facilitate incorporation into a cosmetic formulation. The ester blend contains tridecyl trimellitate blended with dipentaerythritol hexacaprylate, tridecyl stearate and neopentyl glycol dicaprylate.

Abstract: A tracking system includes a global positioning system (GPS) module and a modem for mobile communications both attached to a pet (or other trackee), and a virtual fence (which includes a base station sending a signal to a certain range and a receiver attached to the pet (or other trackee) and receiving the signal sent by a base station when the receiver is within the range of the base station). A portable virtual fence system includes a signal-sending base station, and a signal-receiver worn by a to-be-fenced pet or other trackee. Advantageously, the base station is portable.

The anhydrous liquid composition comprises butylene glycol acting as a solubilizer agent being in the range of 5.0% to 30.0% by weight of the composition; glycereth-26 acting as a solubilizer agent being in the range of 40.0% to 70.0% by weight of the composition; and salicylic acid for treating and preventing skin-related problems being in the range of 1.0% to 40.0% by weight of the composition.

Abstract: A personalized annunciating signaling telephone unit delivers a first outgoing message to a caller identifying a plurality of codes which may be entered by the caller in order to identify the particular party the caller wishes to talk to. Once the caller enters one of the codes, a particular ring signal is generated at the other end of the caller to indicate the person associated with particular code whom the caller wishes to talk to. The user of the unit may record each particular ring signal activated by the various codes input by a caller. In this way, each particular ring signal may be a customized prerecorded verbal message, a particular tone, or any particular prerecorded sound which is reproduced by a speaker of the unit upon receiving the particular code from the caller. Once the ring signal is generated, a timer is activated to activate the second outgoing message at the termination thereof indicating that the caller may leave a message which is recorded by the unit.
