    Abstract: The power conversion module includes a power converter coupled to provide a DC output voltage from an input voltage source. The power converter may have primary and secondary stages, and the power converter may also provide a DC output voltage that is electrically isolated from the input voltage source. Additionally, the power conversion module also includes a voltage controller configured to measure a pre-bias value of the output voltage prior to start-up of the power converter and provide a start-up control signal, wherein the start-up control signal corresponds to an initial output voltage that is greater than the pre-bias value of the output voltage. The initial output voltage includes a start-up voltage margin above the pre-bias value and is maintained for a margin hold time. A method of operating a power conversion module is also provided.

Each power conversion unit also includes a voltage controller that controls the converter output subsequent to the start-up delay and maintains a current sourcing condition of the converter output during start-up of the power converter. The power conversion system also includes a load that is coupled to the shared output bus. A method of operating a power conversion unit is also provided.

In one embodiment, a method for facilitating real-time processing of claims associated with one or more controlled substances can be provided. The method can include receiving a plurality of claims from a claims transaction switch, wherein each of the claims relates to both at least one predefined provider and at least one monitored controlled substance. In addition, the method can include validating some or all of the plurality of claims. Furthermore, the method can include formatting and transmitting data from validated claims to a prescription monitoring program system.

    Abstract: A system for administering a treatment to individuals infected with a virus such as hepatitis. The system includes an enclosure and at least one gas supply that is used to create an altered atmospheric environment within the enclosure. The patients walk into the enclosure, the super-atmospheric environment is created with the gas, and the patients remain in the super-atmospheric environment for a predefined length of time. The individuals are subsequently returned at a safe rate to normal atmospheric pressure. The treatment can be repeated daily, monthly or annually depending on the needs of the patient. The system includes a control unit that stores and runs at least one treatment program that helps determine treatment variables such as amount of pressure, length of time and the type of gas or gases. It is believed that the present viral treatment may be able to be used in combination with medications and other viral treatments.
