    Abstract: A combination needle type flow control and shut-off valve having a bore completely passing through the body of the valve. The body of the valve has inlet and outlet ports. A sleeve is slidably sealed and received within the bore, and contains a threadedly received needle type flow control. The sleeve further has two planar arrays of radial bores which connect the inlet and outlet ports of the body through the sleeve. The sleeve can then be pushed or pulled or either open or close the fluid flow through the control valve.
