  • Patent number: 11969615
Abstract: A concealable sprinkler head includes a frame having a body mountable to a fire suppression liquid source, a pair of frame arms and a pair of corresponding drop pins slidably engaged with a respective frame arm. A thermal trigger is supported within the sprinkler frame. A fluid deflector is secured to the drop pins and includes a generally horizontal surface. The drop pins extend substantially orthogonally from the horizontal surface. An inclined surface of the fluid deflector extends angularly upwardly from the horizontal surface. A concealing cup surrounds the frame arms. A cover plate is attached to the concealing cup, covering the distal end thereof, wherein the drop pins and the deflector are positioned within the concealing cup. The cover plate is removable from the concealing cup permitting the drop pins and the deflector to axially slide out of the concealing cup into an operational position.

  • Patent number: 11947262
Abstract: The processing of radiation patternable organometallic coatings is shown to be improved through the appropriate selection of post processing conditions between coating and development of the pattern. In particular, a coated wafer can be subjected to process delays to allow aging of the coating at various process points, in particular following irradiation. Process delays can be combined and interspersed with heating steps. The atmosphere above the coated wafer at various process steps can be adjusted to obtain desired improvements in the development of the pattern. Reactive gases can be beneficial with respect to improvement of coating properties.

  • Publication number: 20240094632
Abstract: Precursor solutions for radiation patternable coatings are formed with an organic solvent and monoalkyl tin trialkoxides in which the water content of the solvent is adjusted to be within 10 percent of a selected value. Generally, the water content of the solvent is adjusted through water addition, although water removal can also be used. In some embodiments, the adjusted water content of the solvent can be from about 250 ppm by weight to about 10,000 ppm by weight. With the appropriate selection of ligands, the adjusted precursor solutions can be stable for at least about 42 days, and in some cases at least 8 months.

  • Publication number: 20240085785
Abstract: A method for patterning a radiation sensitive material on a substrate involves the development of a material on a substrate based on a latent image in the material with irradiated regions and non-irradiated regions to form a physically patterned material on the substrate, in which the material comprises an organotin radiation sensitive patterning material and an additive. The additive is a photoacid generator, a quencher or a mixture thereof. Patterning improvements can be achieved using a series of a baking and development step followed by a second baking at a higher temperature and a second development step following the second baking step. A precursor solution for forming an organometallic radiation patterning material can comprise an organic solvent, a dissolved organotin composition having C—Sn bonds that can cleave in response to EUV radiation, and a quencher. The additive can comprise an onium cation.

  • Publication number: 20230361987
Abstract: A blockchain network control system and method is disclosed. The system includes a processor coupled to a storage comprising a plurality of network entity definitions each defining a different network entity that make up a target network architecture for a permissioned blockchain network. The system also includes a control object communicatively coupled to an ordering service and a plurality of organizations. The plurality of organizations was established by the blockchain network control system by instantiating the organizational membership service provider, registering and enrolling each peer node within each organization, storing the cryptographic identity generated for the peer node, and then instantiating the plurality of peer nodes.

  • Patent number: 11547888
Abstract: A thermal trigger assembly for remote mechanical actuation of another fire protection system component includes an activation component having a base and a movable member. A bias member biases the movable member from a preactivation to an activated position with respect to the base. A thermally responsive element retains the movable member in the preactivation position until a predetermined thermodynamic condition is reached, when the thermally responsive element loses structural integrity. A flexible connector includes a flexible hollow outer cable housing with one end configured to be stationarily (preferably fixedly) connected with the base. A flexible cable is inside the outer cable housing for sliding movement therein and has one end configured to be stationarily (preferably fixedly) connected with the movable member. The flexible cable is moved with respect to the outer cable housing by movement of the movable member upon loss of structural integrity by the thermally responsive element.

  • Patent number: 11517779
Abstract: A test, drain and adjustable pressure relief module for a sprinkler system has a single body with three independent and fluidly connectable flow ports. A first port of the three flow ports is fluidly connectable at an inlet side thereof to the sprinkler system. A second port of the three flow ports has an adjustable pressure relief valve removably mounted to an outlet thereof. The valve is biased into a closed position and a threshold pressure is required to open the valve and discharge fluid is selectively adjustable. A third port of the three flow ports has an open outlet end configured to removably connect with a drainage pipe. The three ports form a Tee connection and have a flow valve therebetween to selectively direct flow between an outlet of the first port and at least one of the respective inlets of the second and third ports.
