Each end of the component comprises two projections 10 that serve as the primary means for multiple component coupling; two internal recesses 12, perpendicular to the projections, for linear coupling; four perimeter recesses 14 for perpendicular coupling; four perimeter members 16, which form the perimeter recesses and have laterally extended portions 19, for perpendicular coupling; and two notches 18 for perpendicular coupling.
