    Abstract: A moveable barrier includes a frame having a plurality of spaced apart frame members and a reinforcing layer fastened to at least one of the frame members. A first concrete portion at least partially embeds at least one of the frame members, and a foot assembly is attached to the frame. The foot assembly is rotatable from a stored position generally in-plane with the frame, to a deployed position generally normal to the plane of the frame.
