Abstract: A system and method for the recording and selective distribution and selective communal analysis of commercial and non-commercial consumer reviews, which are prioritized on the basis of hierarchical geographical location or hierarchical chronological value. Also described is a system offered to users to create reviews and or review reviews, with categories and to ascribe importance in terms of physical proximity or in the case non-physically dependent services and products, temporal proximity. Also described is a system whereby authors whose reviews lead to further reviews by affiliated parties and in commercial traffic may be rewarded by a benefiting commercial partner.
