  • Publication number: 20240130153
Abstract: Disclosed are methods, designs and materials for extending the device operational lifetime of the phosphorescent organic light emitting devices (OLEDs) such as thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) OLEDs. Applying a graded cohost or co-doped emission layer (EML) in the organic layers, both charge transport and charge balance can be precisely engineered to generate a uniform exciton/exciplex profile, preventing the early deaths due to the dense hot-excited states in the device. This invention is aimed at the short lifetime problem of the high efficient phosphorescent OLEDs and TADF OLEDs, especially in the white, blue and deep blue applications.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a portable electronic accessory. The accessory has a body and a housing covering configured to attach to a portion of a human body or another external apparatus. The housing includes a satellite modem for (i) converting digital data received from a mobile device into first radio signals for transmission to a satellite, and (ii) converting second radio signals received from the satellite into digital data for the mobile device. The first and second radio signals are within a corresponding frequency band of the satellite. A wireless communication module supports two-way communications with the mobile device. A power source powers the satellite modem and the wireless communication module. Multiple antenna elements are coupled to the satellite modem that (i) radiate the first radio signals and (ii) receive the second radio signals. The multiple antenna elements each have a radiating surface facing an external face of the housing.

  • Patent number: 11928143
Abstract: Systems of the present disclosure may ingest content from a plurality of data sources with the content including ingested documents referencing entities and events relevant to the ESG signals. The content may be stored in a content database. The System may also identify metadata and a body of text associated with each document to produce a set of preprocessed documents. An entity may be tagged to a first preprocessed document from the set of preprocessed documents, and the document may include a first document identifier. The System may generate an event score related to a first ESG signal including a direction and a magnitude associated with an event identified in the body of text. The event score may be tagged to the document. The system may write to an unstructured data set the document identifier in association with the tagged entity and the tagged event score for delivery.

  • Publication number: 20220200781
Abstract: A quadrature clock generator that takes advantage of the inherently low delay of a shunt-series inductively peaked clock buffer to generate quadrature clocks with the high jitter performance using just one additional stage in Q path compared to I path. The generator includes a delay cell that uses shunt-series peaking and uses a resistive DAC in series with the shunt inductor to provide a large delay range with good jitter characteristics. The resistive DAC can be placed near a real or a virtual ground to minimize capacitive loading on the signal path. This delay cell can provide greater than 2× delay tuning range and is suitable for clocks at high frequencies. This delay cell can also be used as a ring oscillator with large frequency tuning range. A low voltage differential signaling termination switch control that uses feed forward mechanism to control termination impedance of device in a receiver.

  • Publication number: 20220147482
Abstract: An apparatus enables a high-bandwidth 4-way data serializing (4:1 serializer) digital-to-analog converter. The apparatus uses active inductor-based bandwidth extension technique for two-stage driver enabling design of quarter-rate 4-way data serializing transmitter. The 4:1 serializer output bandwidth is extended by gate-resistor-peaked n-type transistor load working as an active inductor. A current steering switch with current source is used as the final driver. The 4:1 serializer includes a pulse width tuning technique with tunable ground voltage on the ground terminal of a pulse generator to tune an effective threshold voltage of the pulse generator. A Bessel-like LC filter is coupled to an output of the 4:1 serializer. The filter includes shunt peaking paths that provide zeros, which natively cancel large parasitic capacitance at a shunt peaking node. As such, active and passive devices including driver circuitry, ESD diodes, and any other sensing circuitry are flexibly added on any LC filter nodes.
