    Abstract: An inkjet printable RFID label includes an RFID tag having a backing and RFID circuitry coupled to the backing, and a laminate coupled to the backing and covering the RFID circuitry, where the laminate includes an inorganic inkjet receptive surface. The inkjet receptive surface enables printing ink directly to the laminate atop the RFID circuitry.
