  • Patent number: 4860786
Abstract: The combination of a fluid conductive pipe line and an in-line valve adapted to open and close the fluid passage in said line, said valve having an external handle operatively connected to open and close the valve, said handle having an enlarged free end forming a foot pedal and being positioned such that the handle can be pivotally rotated to close said valve by foot or other pressure on said foot pedal.

  • Patent number: 4611761
Abstract: A spray wand for cleaning the viewing surface of a rearview mirror on a vehicle. The wand is constructed of a flexible material enabling it to bend under pressure in an accurate manner to cause air and/or fluid dispensed from the wand nozzle to sweep the mirror surface. The rearview mirror is positioned in order to deflect a substantial part of the spray onto the side glass of the vehicle. Thus, both the surface of the rearview mirror and the side glass of the vehicle are cleaned by the spray wand.

  • Patent number: 4199390
Abstract: A method of making a composite product having a preformed, self-sustaining pliable skin sheet and a preformed non-rigid void containing, low density plastic layer which comprises:(1) establishing a layer of said low density plastic,(2) applying to at least one side a liquid sprayable curative,(3) next applying to the same said side thereof a liquid sprayable polymer which together with said curative is reactive at elevated temperature to form a tenacious, essentially non-porous adhesive which bonds to both said sheet and said layer,(4) next contacting said skin sheet with said side of the low density plastic layer,(5) curing said polymer at elevated temperature whereby said skin sheet is adhered to said layer.
