    Abstract: A device may obtain first information relating to one or more first lung nodules identified in first imaging of a chest of a patient and second information relating to one or more second lung nodules identified in second imaging of the chest of the patient. The device may provide the first information and the second information to a machine learning model. The device may determine, using the machine learning model, a risk of lung cancer associated with the patient based on an elapsed time between performance of the first imaging and the second imaging and differences between the first information and the second information. The risk of lung cancer may have an inverse correlation to the elapsed time and a direct correlation to the differences. The device may perform one or more actions based on the risk of lung cancer that is determined.

    Abstract: A collectible coin can be enveloped between two sheets of thin clear flexible plastic. The two sheets, with the coin centered on and between them, can be heat sealed together around a perimeter to create a coin envelope. The coin envelope can be secured around the perimeter by a snap-together assembly including front and back parts of a holder. The coin envelope and/or the front and/or back parts of the holder can include one or more alignment features that fix the rotational alignment of the envelope along with the enveloped coin within the snap-together assembly. The front and back parts can also secure and display a certification label describing the coin. The front and back parts with the coin envelope and certification label can be securely enclosed in a tamper-evident protective clear plastic case. The sheets can be made of, for example, polyethylene terephthalate glycol or polyethylene terephthalate.

    Abstract: A standard sized coin roll holder is loaded with a stack of alternating coins and spacers such that a variable number of coins can be accommodated in a standard sized holder. The number of coins loaded into the holder can be configured to be one more than the number of spacers, starting with a coin, then a spacer and so on, such that a coin occupies both the first position and the last position in the stack and making a coin face visible at each end. A twenty coin holder can be loaded, for example, with 10 coins and 9 spacers or with 5 coins and 4 spacers. A compressible silicone rubber washer can also be included to account for slight variations in coin thickness, thus securing the stack within the available height inside a closed and sealed case.
