  • Publication number: 20140078118
Abstract: A hygienic finger protector includes a tubular sheath and an elastic stylus extending therefrom. The sheath is sized to be placed on a finger, extending to approximately the first joint. The elastic stylus is received within an aperture formed in the sheath, adjacent to the closed distal end. A securement flange extends inside the sheath and an enlarged stylus head projects outwardly from the sheath. The elastic stylus is electrically conductive enabling use of the stylus on touch-capacitive screens. A set of shims that are selectively attachable inside the sheath enables fine-tuning the interior sheath dimension. An appropriately-sized shim is placed inside and attached to the sheath to conform the interior size to that required for a snug fit.
