Publication number: 20250149111Abstract: A method may include applying a protein sequence computation model to generate, based on an input protein sequence, a plurality of proposed protein sequences. A set of possible amino acid residues for each position in at least a portion of an output protein sequence may be identified based on the plurality of proposed protein sequences. A first protein structure having the output protein sequence may be generated by applying a protein structure computation model to select, for each position in at least the portion of the output protein sequence, an amino acid residue from a corresponding set of possible amino acid residues. The protein structure computation model may further determine the conformation of the amino acid residues selected for inclusion in the output protein sequence. In some cases, the first protein structure may be grafted onto a second protein structure to form a third protein structure.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 7, 2025Publication date: May 8, 2025Inventors: Simon Paul KELOW, Daniel Joseph BERENBERG, Santrupti NERLI, Andrew Philip LEAVER-FAY, Jack Barton MAGUIRE, Michael Florian CHUNGYOUN, Andrew Martin WATKINS, Jae Hyeon LEE, Stephen Robert RA, Henri Vincent DWYER, Minji Maria LEE, Kyunghyun CHO, Richard A. Publication number: 20250121678Abstract: A utility vehicle includes an exhaust assembly fluidly coupled to an engine. Depending on various parameters, such as the size and/or performance of the vehicle, the exhaust assembly is required to meet certain emissions regulations. Such emissions regulations may be met by increasing the temperature within the exhaust assembly, however, at particularly high temperatures, a catalyst of the exhaust assembly may be damaged. Therefore, the exhaust assembly includes various options for cooling portions thereof to remove heat from the assembly.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 26, 2024Publication date: April 17, 2025Applicant: Polaris Industries Inc.Inventors: Michael A. Patent number: 12260351Abstract: Methods and systems for automatically predicting the probability of regulatory compliance approval based on data contained in a data structure. A data structure can be configured to include data collated and collected from one or more regulators (e.g., regulatory agencies) and one or more value chain participants. Such data is inclusive of data indicative of actual approval-request results of applications for regulatory approval by one or more regulators and variable weights assigned to different data elements. A prediction can be then made as to the probability that an application for regulatory approval by a value chain participant will be approved by a regulator based on the data collated and collected and contained in the data structure. This approach predicts the probability that an application for regulatory approval by a value chain participant will be approved and also predicts what is missing for a regulatory approval application.Type: GrantFiled: November 2, 2018Date of Patent: March 25, 2025Assignee: Xerox CorporationInventors: Jonathan Levine, Ray Uri Merriam, Stephen Kyle Korndoerfer, Larry Glass, Michael Wiseman, Vijayakrishna Nama, Joseph Martin St. Germaine

Patent number: 12019693Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for updating a machine learning model utilized in a search engine operation. The method identifies a set of search queries in stored search queries corresponding to a service and apply the identified set of search queries to the search engine to generate one or more search results for the service. Each search result has an assigned aggregate based on values of a set of parameters associated with the service. The method then analyzes the values of the set of parameters to determine a tradeoff point of each parameter to determine one or more weights to apply to the machine learning model based on the tradeoff points.
