  • Patent number: 11850609
Abstract: A spray head has an inlet in fluid communication with a plurality of nozzles. The nozzles are adapted to produce, in use, a jet of fluid which is directed toward a respective impingement surface portion. The jet of fluid impacts on the respective impingement surface portion and breaks into a stream of droplets. The stream of droplets has an elongate transverse cross-section.

  • Patent number: 11504723
Abstract: A spray head adapted for connection to a supply of fluid. The head includes a body to receive the supply of fluid and a number of conical mixing volumes, in fluid connection with the body and supply of fluid, each conical mixing volume having an outlet. Each conical mixing volume includes at least one first inlet for a flow of fluid into the conical mixing volume at an angle to a conical axis thereof, and at least one second inlet for a flow of fluid into the conical mixing volume substantially parallel to the conical axis. There is a valve disposed upstream of the conical mixing volumes, the valve adapted to divide and vary the supply of fluid flow between the at least one first inlet and the at least one second inlet, which in turn varies the output of the fluid from the outlet of the conical mixing volumes.

  • Publication number: 20150048184
Abstract: A spray head (100) has an inlet (4) in fluid communication with a plurality of nozzles (15). The nozzles (15) are adapted to produce, in use, a jet of fluid (16) which is directed toward a respective impingement surface portion (22). The jet of fluid (16) impacts on the respective impingement surface portion (22) and breaks into a stream of droplets 23. The stream of droplets (23) has an elongate transverse cross-section.

  • Patent number: 5971350
Abstract: A mechanism for adjusting the height of at least a part of an item or article, for example a home appliance such as a refrigerator, dishwasher or laundry washing machine. The device includes two parts and is adapted to replace at least a front foot of the item. A first part of the device is an enlarged diameter thumb wheel which is rotated by a user. The thumb wheel is held within a captive nut within the appliance thus rotation of the thumb wheel increases or decreases the height of the appliance from the floor. The second part of the device is a disk which is held captive within the thumb wheel but which is in contact with the floor. The materials selected and the geometry of the mating surfaces of the two components is chosen such that a low co-efficient of friction is produced between them.
