Each slot extends to a respective compartment. The compartments are positioned in the housing such that each compartment is configured for insertion of a respective roll of crepe paper. The slots are positioned in the housing such that each slot is configured for insertion of a free end of the respective roll of crepe paper. The free ends are positioned outside of the housing, such that the crepe paper is dispensable from the housing.
