Abstract: A method, system and computer-readable medium are provided for generating and maintaining a catalogue of belongings for a user. The method includes the steps of receiving image data from a user, the image data containing images of one or more items of belonging; identifying one or more items from the image data, determining information regarding the identified one or more items, and adding at least one of the identified one or more items and information regarding the at least one of the identified one or more items to a catalogue of belonging for the user.

Abstract: A method, system and computer-readable medium are provided for performing a property inspection using aerial images, the method including the steps of receiving an indication of a request from a user to receive a quote regarding a property, identifying the property, retrieving one or more aerial images associated with the property, extracting information regarding the property from the one or more aerial images and providing an insurance decision for the property to the user according to the extracted information from the one or more aerial images in response to the request from the user.

Abstract: A method, system and computer-readable medium are provided for facilitating a virtual inspection of an insurable area, the method including the steps of receiving an indication of a request from a user at a user mobile device to perform a virtual inspection of an insurable area, determining one or more information items needed with respect to the insurable area, providing a set of instructions to the user at the mobile device for capturing one or more image items based on the determined one or more information items, receiving a set of image items from the mobile device in response to the instructions and providing an insurance decision for the insurable area based on the received set of image items.
