The first and second side panels may have a combined width that is less than a width of the center panel. The header panel may have a height that is substantially equal to the difference between the width of the center panel and the sum of the widths of the first and second side panels. Thus, in a folded state, the header panel may fit within a gap between the first and second side panels.
