Abstract: A method for configuring and commissioning an HVAC system, comprising generating, by a computing device, a configuration file for commissioning the HVAC system such that the HVAC system is brought into operation, wherein the configuration file is generated at a configuration site and the HVAC system is to be delivered to an operation site; uploading, by the computing device, the generated configuration file to a central storage unit; downloading, by a mobile device, the uploaded configuration file from the central storage unit; transmitting, by the mobile device, the downloaded configuration file to an HVAC control unit comprised in the HVAC system located at the operation site; and commissioning, by the HVAC control unit, the HVAC system located at the operation site with the transmitted configuration file.

Abstract: A method and system are provided for 1) dynamically building a relational database (DB), also known as the “Dynamic Data Model” (DDM), 2) defining and capturing “user defined attributes” (UDAs) and populating the DB with these values, and 3)querying a DB of UDAs dynamically by interacting with the results of the queries to refine and improve the query. UDAs define specific properties or characteristics of a data element (e.g., HTML is an attribute value for the Format of an Advertisement or Media, Software is an attribute value for the Product Category). UDAs allow the user to categorize and compare things that they were unable to categorize and compare before, thereby providing a more robust way to learn from historical experience.

Abstract: An improved document processing system for creating computer procedures (i.e., methods) and associating them with an electronic document structured as a nested hierarchy of constituent objects. The system includes a document processing means for creating the electronic document, and a program creating means for defining the method and associating it with the electronic document or its lower level constituent objects. The system further includes an interpreter for interpreting the computer procedure in response to a specified event.
