The present invention is particularly adaptable as an addition, which works in conjunction with an existing air cooler by lowering the temperature of the air before the air enters the air intake of the air cooler or refrigeration unit. The present invention can be combined as an addition to any air conditioning air cooled condenser for residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional application.
