The coils are threaded over the spindles so that during the molding process the pitch and diameter of the coils are accurately maintained. The process is automated by use of a controller and automated assembly machinery. The controller and automated assembly machinery integrate a coil winder, a molding machine, and an auto bagger to automate the entire process of producing the molded coils.
