  • Publication number: 20230153233
Abstract: A system that includes a failed test detector and a task updater can automatically update tasks associated with consistent failures of software tests in a software development management platform. The failed test detector can use a set of evidence of test (EOT) files that indicate software testing results over a period of time to identify tests that are consistently failing when executed against versions of a software application. The task updater can automatically create tasks associated with such consistently-failing tests in the software development management platform. The task updater can also automatically close existing tasks associated with tests, in the software development management system, if the failed test detector determines that those tests are no longer failing consistently.

  • Publication number: 20230021530
Abstract: A timeline generation and solving tool is provided to parameterize a project at an application lifecycle management (“ALM”) tool, and generate and solve a timeline of features according to the parameterized project. The Scrum master may re-parameterize the project, causing a new timeline to be generated, solved, and visualized. In this fashion, the Scrum master may rapidly prototype many project parameterizations, resulting in many possible timelines. Without the use of a timeline generation and solving tool which interfaces with an ALM tool, retrieves project features, and converts project features to a common format suitable for computations based on working speeds, a Scrum master would need to generate and check a timeline by hand, and work indirectly by manually copying data out of the ALM tool, leading to a slow and potentially error-prone project roadmapping process which does not permit rapid prototyping of possible timelines.

  • Publication number: 20220316063
Abstract: RPCVD apparatus for forming a film is disclosed including a showerhead having at least one gas chamber, one or more plasma inlets to deliver plasma from one or more plasma generators into a reaction chamber; and a plurality of gas inlets to deliver gas from at least one gas chamber into the reaction chamber. At least one of the plasma inlets is located at a position that is between a central region and an outer region of the showerhead and off-centre from an axis of rotation. The plasma generators generate plasma in line of sight of the susceptor and the plasma inlets have openings that are larger than openings of the gas inlets. The gas inlets are configured such that a combination of all of the spatial distributions of gas from the gas inlets provides a uniform distribution of gas density on the surface of a susceptor between a central region and an outer region of the susceptor, for a full rotation of the susceptor.

  • Publication number: 20220265900
Abstract: The invention relates to implantable systems for repairing and restoring cartilage. The invention provides methods and products for cartilage repair that use universal chondrocytes. A universal cell line includes cells such as universal chondrocytes that are not immunogenic or allergenic and can be grown in products suitable for use in a number of different people. Use of the universal chondrocytes allows for new processes and products. Where prior art autologous neocartilage constructs required many small reactors (e.g., at least one culture dish per patient to grow one 34 mm disc per patient), using a universal cell line allows, for example, one large batch of cartilage or neocartilage to be made under uniform conditions.

  • Publication number: 20220148271
Abstract: Immersive, dynamic storytelling functionality is described. The stories may include elements (e.g., characters, settings, duration, etc.) based on information provided, including in real time, by the user or presentation environment, and may be presented by projecting visual or audio story elements into the space surrounding the user. For example, as a child tells a story about a jungle, the room is filled with images of foliage. Animals that live in the jungle may be suggested as characters. Stories may be contextually tailored based on information about the user, environment, storytelling conditions, or other context. For example, story duration and excitement level may be influenced by the time of day, such that a story presented ten minutes before bedtime is an appropriate duration and excitement level. In some cases, objects of the presentation environment are incorporated into the story, such as a character projected as though entering through an actual doorway.
