  • Publication number: 20220416263
Abstract: A heat and chemical resistant sealant for fuel cells that includes a fluoroelastomer sealant and a fluoroplastic gasket. The fluoroelastomer sealant is dispensed around a perimeter of a top surface of a bipolar plate. The compliant sealant conforms to surface imperfections of the bipolar plate. A fluoroplastic gasket is positioned over the fluoroelastomer sealant and bipolar plate. When compressed, the combination of the fluoroelastomer sealant and fluoroplastic gasket provide a reliable seal that can withstand the high operating temperatures of fuel cells.

  • Patent number: 11065623
Abstract: A grinding blade having a blade body, a plurality of tooth mounts, a plurality of cutting teeth, and a plurality of blade stops is disclosed. The blade body has a front surface, a back surface, and a blade mounting hole along a central axis. The tooth mounts and blade stops are integral with the blade body and protrude upward and away from the back surface and the central axis. Each tooth mount has a cutting tooth releasably coupled through a tooth aperture. The blade stops and tooth mounts are equal in number and are distributed alternatingly and with radial symmetry about the central axis. A cross section of the solid of revolution defined by rotating the blade stops about the central axis overlaps with at least two thirds of a cross section of the solid of revolution defined by rotating the cutting teeth about the central axis.

  • Publication number: 20050137799
Abstract: Systems are provided to increase the robustness of a low-cost GPS system by coupling it with an INS system, and by using one-satellite attitude determination in conjunction with the traditional multiple-satellite method. The system has demonstrated accuracy and robustness approaching needed standards for automobile control systems. The applications of this system are abundant, including real-time vehicle system ID, slip angle estimation, position estimation by GPS and dead reckoning, as well as sophisticated control systems.
