  • Publication number: 20250093524
Abstract: Systems and methods for GNSS receivers are described. A system for processing GNSS signals includes one or more GNSS antennas, one or more GNSS measurement engines, and one or more processing systems. The one or more GNSS measurement engines are coupled to the one or more GNSS antennas. The one or more GNSS measurement engines correlate and process received GNSS signals in an L5 radio frequency band. The one or more processing systems are coupled to a first memory which stores an application programming interface (API) which includes one or more of parameters or instructions for processing GNSS signals. The one or more processing systems use the API to control operation of the one or more GNSS measurement engines.

  • Publication number: 20210049312
Abstract: A kit for facilitating recording shingle data into a shingle or roof database. The database is prepared for use on a remote server. The kit contains shingles, software, and shingle ID images. The software links the shingles to the database and an installer uses the software to record or enter data about the structure that will receive the shingles in the kit. Data about the structure can include location of the structure. The installer can record other data such as the date of installation.

  • Publication number: 20200325918
Abstract: Devices and systems for producing rotational actuation are described. More specifically, hydraulic and pneumatic actuators that can produce and control rotational or joint-like motion are described. An actuator may include a torus shaped cylinder configured to enable rotation of the actuator. An actuator may further include both a piston configured to rotate from a first end of the torus shaped cylinder to a second end of the torus shaped cylinder and a piston rod coupled to the piston.

  • Patent number: 10718359
Abstract: Devices and systems for producing rotational actuation are described. More specifically, hydraulic and pneumatic actuators that can produce and control rotational or joint-like motion are described. An actuator may be configured to allow parallel coupling of multiple actuators, and thus increase the range of rotation of the actuators when considered collectively.

  • Publication number: 20070032736
Abstract: EEG measures are used to predict neurological developments resulting from a stroke or similar cerebral ischaema in a person. EEG measures are acquired from the person at two time-points in an acute phase of the stroke, within 18 hours of onset of symptoms of stroke, with acquisition commencing within 7 hours of onset of the symptoms. The acquired EEG measures are processed to obtain a delta band power change measure, known as the acute delta change index (aDCI). Subsequent clinical outcome in the patient (e.g. at 30 days post-stroke) is predicted on the basis of the aDCI.

  • Publication number: 20060175778
Abstract: A retractable cover apparatus and method to protect items in a shopping cart from inclement weather includes a cover material that is configured to cover a predetermined surface area of the shopping cart. The cover material is extendable from a housing module, which is configured to couple to a portion of the shopping cart, such as one end. The housing module has one or more coupling members that are configured to secure the housing module to the shopping cart. The housing module includes a tensioning device that may retract the cover material when a fastener coupled to the cover material is not coupled to the shopping cart.

  • Patent number: 6918571
Abstract: A soleniod operated valve has an operating rod attached to the armature with one end of the rod contacting the end of a valve member for effecting movement thereof upon coil energization. A lower bearing is disposed in a lower flux collector adjacent one end of the rod. An upper bearing surface is disposed on an adjustment member threadedly engaging an upper flux collector with the armature return spring between the armature and upper bearing for maximizing bearing separation and improving armature alignment and reducing hysteresis.
